2026 Lock In

We are a month into the new year and I am finally getting around to my annual reflect and reset routine. I started doing vision boards 2 years ago and have been so busy this month that I am finally getting around to putting together my new one for 2026 (more on that to come). While I am not a big fan of the traditional resolutions, I am a big believer in habit building and a routine edit. I have implemented so many things into my routine that it was definitely time to look at what was helpful and what was just fluff taking up my time. Here are the things I tried, loved and want to keep doing in 2026 in no specific order: 

-Sauna. Obsessed, got my own and I love it more than almost anything else.

-Red Light Mask: I try to use this daily and the one I use is the JOVS 4D laser 

-Electrolytes/Creatine/Colostrum: trifecta

-Mouth taping: don't knock it till you try it. 

-Pilates: addicted

-Social media detoxing: i went a little hard on the detox and didn't post for 9 months. oops

-Oura Ring: Originally I got this to track my sleep but the cycle tracking is my fave feature

-Walking pad in my office: it doesn't incline but it is a good way to get in steps in the cold

-Weighted vest: I add this to my walks or housework because life is too easy 

-Vibration plate: thought it was initially crazy but actually I love it and feel like it helps inflammation 

-Monthly facial treatment: I preach consistency but wasn't applying it to myself. I forgot how much of a difference it makes. Who knew?
